MAIN
STUDENT’S
MATTERS
Exam sessions
Exams may be written, oral or practical. This is established by the lecturer and
communicated to the students on their first classes.
You are entitled to two unpaid exam terms. Scheduled examinations shall
take place on the dates provided in the schedule. You can also join them earlier,
i.e. during the last class provided in the schedule (if the lecturer agrees). At
the end of the resit examination session, and thus of the semester, the Dean’s
verification of semester credit begins. Failure to pass the semester will result
in removal from the student register.
When the exam session is coming to an end, check via the Virtual
University wether you have all the grades entered on your record for the
semester. Report missing marks (in the case of a pass/exam) by email, to the
address on the University domain, directly to the teaching staff. If there is no
response from the teaching staff (tutors), please contact the International
Office at: int.office@kbu.edu.pl
