AT THE STUDENT SERVICES OFFICE (ROOM A206) YOU CAN:

• extend the validity of your student ID card
• obtain certificates of student status
• submit your diploma thesis/collect your diploma
• get access to your documents

AT THE STUDENTS’ EMERGENCY DESK (FLOOR 4) YOU CAN:

• eat your own hot meal
• drink some tea or coffee
• read a book
• take a break between classes

AT THE INTERNATIONAL OFFICE (ROOM A114):

• you will get help with filling in the documents
• you will get help in the process of applying for a residence card
• you will get help in the process of applying for the decision of the Superintendent
of Education
• you will get help with current student issues (scholarships, payments, schedule, etc.)
• you will obtain information about the Erasmus+ programme

IN THE READING ROOM (FLOOR 4):

• you can read a book and ask to borrow it
• you can use the computer

To borrow books over to your home, you must register for the library. In order to register
for the library, please come in person with a valid student card.
